Operation of Single Use Bioreactor (SUB)
We built this course (end to end) for a listed pharmaceutical company for their Quality department. They were looking for a fresh new spin on the SUB training.

About the client
The client wanted someone who could understand and convert the domain specific SOP, who could support them with onsite Full HD video and HD images shooting to be done professionally using relevant equipment (DSLR Camera, Lens, Tripod Stand etc.) and build an interactive course which would be uploaded on their SuccessFactors LMS.
Project Description
The Operation of a SUB training course aims to empower and educate employees on how to operate the machine effectively. By enhancing the knowledge of the various processes involved in the operation and taking them through them sequentially, the project aims to create increased knowledge and awareness on how to operate a SUB
Project Goals
-
Ensure compliance: As a part of compliance, SOP training is mandatory.
-
Empower learners: Provide employees with the knowledge and skills to understand the steps involved in operation of SUB and operate it promptly and effectively, ensuring they can take appropriate action to minimize potential damage and prevent future incidents.
-
Inspire action: Motivate learners to adopt best practices, mitigate risks and perform tasks effectively.
-
Analyze Threats: Analyze threats to the SUB, inform and escalate as per the SOP guidelines.
-
Foster responsibility: Cultivate a sense of personal responsibility and accountability in operating a SUB.
Project Solution
To make the learning process engaging and practical, our e-learning course leverages a variety of interactive learning methods. The course includes Full HD videos shot by us at client premises, HD images with simulations, do it yourself exercises that mimic real life experiences, knowledge checks encouraging learners to apply their learned knowledge and make right decisions.
Furthermore, we incorporate drag and drop, match the following and fill in the blank activities for active participation and better information retention. These interactive modules made learning fun and enjoyable and raised awareness of the steps involved in the operation.
At the end of the course, learners will gain a holistic understanding of the operation of the SUB and be more equipped to handle the SUB.
